At MAKOTO_JDM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your parts or accessories do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the items in their original JDM manufacturer packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send the package to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
